Christmas tree types at Herrick Tree Farm:
These precut premium Balsam firs are native to northern New England and Nova Scotia. These are the most fragrant of all the Christmas tree varieties.
These attractive trees have silvery blue / green needles, 1.5 inches long and hold ornaments well. They have a fragrant citrusy smell when you pinch the buds. They are the new wave of exciting trees to be grown in New England.
These Christmas trees are closely related to the Balsam Fir, they have great needle retention. The dark green needs are shorter than the Concolor but are also firm and soft. They have a fresh fragrance and symmetrical shape.
